Sincarian / by Meagan M. DonohueAndy Quinn was a typical, yet overachieving teenager in 2105 Maine. Raised by her father and growing up with a twin, she played sports, loved the ocean, excelled in her studies, and was eager to go away to college. Her love of sports made her physically strong and her disinterest in her appearance made her more comfortable being with the boys than tending to her hair or clothing.

Just as she was finishing high school, odd events began to occur in Andy’s life. A sixth sense was altering her, even showing her, but Andy didn’t pay it much attention. She was just a kid…

Andy was blissfully unaware. Little hints, little hints. What did Mike mean when he told her “you’re the one?” Why is Mike always around, now watching her, smirking? He’s her dad’s best friend; they even look like brothers. Why is Andy being challenged beyond what any human body should endure? How much pain can her body take? Can anyone help her, can she trust anyone anymore? People who have surrounded her are not who they say they are. For all these years they’ve been spying on her. Why her? What is her power? What is her mission?

She must uncover and follow the clues. She must protect herself and her family. There is no turning back.

Meagan M. Donohue’s Sincarian is a self-published science fiction book that tells the adventures of Andy Quinn; the last Sincarian. She has unique powers but does not know how to control them. She must learn who she can trust and why. This is just the beginning, the story of Andy. Her compatriots are out there waiting to learn, discover, and control their own individual powers. They must find each other and formulate a plan. Continue to read the series of each young warrior as they unite to attempt to outthink, out maneuver, and physically defeat their counterparts, before they themselves are defeated by the one force that will bring them all together: the Destruction.

Hawk / by Linda B. MunnHawk, an Avian from the planet Avia, is human in all appearance. Avians, however, have the ability to fly at will and when stressed go into “the change”, producing feathers all over themselves.

Hawk and his fellow Avians are a part of the crew on the Croman X headed to Nebulla 9000 to help with colonization of that planet.

Hawk fled Avia to escape the matchmaking afoot by his parents and other matrons on his home planet. Little did he know that he would meet an Earthling that would capture his heart and soul.

Rachel Burris and her team of four technicians were aboard the Croman X to establish the communications that would be needed on Nebulla 9000. Along with this group are other species that have banded together to facilitate the colonization of a planet that seemed benign, but turns hostile.

Nebulla 9000 seemed devoid of any life-form and ideal for a colonization outpost. Too soon after the arrival of the Croman X crew and colonials, mysterious mutilations begin to happen. Nebulla 9000 had a life-form after all. Stabilizers are the vicious, shrew-like inhabitants that seem to rule this new planet.

With the help of a secondary life-form, the ghost-like Nebbies, the crew and colonials have to come to terms with each other.

Get into the world of the Avians their adventures on Nebulla 9000 in the self-published book, Hawk by author Linda B. Munn.
